Frequently asked questions
General
In Victoria, some small non-habitable structures under 10m² — such as The Cube and The Gable —may not require a building permit, provided they meet the relevant height, siting, setback and use requirements. However, permit requirements can vary depending on your council area, product type, size, site conditions and intended use.
If a permit, approval, engineering certificate or council application is required, we can assist with the process and provide a separate quote to take care of the required documentation and coordination. Permit fees, approval costs, engineering and council charges are not included in the listed product price unless specifically stated in your quote.
Typical lead time is approximately 4–8 weeks from final order confirmation, depending on the product, custom options, production schedule, site location and site conditions.
Once the components are ready and delivered to site, standard onsite assembly usually takes around 3–5 days, depending on the product type, access and site conditions. We will confirm the expected timeframe before your order is finalised.
