The Pavilion is delivered as prefabricated components and assembled onsite to create a complete deck and roof system with a faster, cleaner and more controlled build process than a traditional custom-built deck and pergola.
Custom options, upgraded finishes, privacy screening, additional lighting, difficult site conditions or locations outside our standard service area may require a separate quote.

Additional costs may apply for restricted access, long carry distances, stairs, sloped or uneven sites, soft ground, rock, underground services, drainage issues, special footings, fence removal, regional delivery, interstate projects or other non-standard site conditions.
The Pavilion includes a solar-powered recessed lighting system. Connection to the property power supply, permits, landscaping, paving, major site preparation and additional electrical work are not included unless stated in your quote.

Warranty and aftercare:
10-year structural warranty on the main steel structure
Manufacturer warranties may apply to selected materials, roof panels, cladding, decking, hardware and supplied components
Final warranty information will be provided with your order documentation
Regular cleaning and basic maintenance will help keep your Pavilion in good condition
To maintain your Pavilion, we recommend keeping the roof, deck and drainage areas clean, checking fixings and visible joints periodically, and following the care instructions provided for your selected finishes.
Our warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
In Victoria, some small non-habitable structures under 10m² — such as The Pavilion 3m x 3m — may not require a building permit, provided they meet the relevant height, siting, setback and use requirements. However, permit requirements can vary depending on your council area, product type, size, site conditions and intended use.
