The Pavilion is a factory-prefabricated flat-pack deck and roof system, designed to create a covered outdoor area in your backyard. Its raised deck, fixed roof structure, aluminium-clad posts and timber-look ceiling lining combine into a clean, durable outdoor setting for dining, entertaining and relaxation.
The listed price includes the factory-prefabricated studio components shown below, supplied as a flat-pack kit for onsite assembly.

Flat-pack kits can be delivered across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Please ensure suitable delivery access is available at your property. Remote, island or difficult-access locations may require additional costs. We will check and confirm with you before dispatch.
Onsite assembly and installation are not included in the kit price. You may arrange your own installer, or assemble the kit yourself where suitable.
If you would like installation support, we can try to help connect you with a professional builder in your area. Builder availability varies by location and cannot be guaranteed. Installation scope, timing and cost are confirmed separately with the builder before any work begins.

Warranty and aftercare:
10-year structural warranty on the main steel structure
Manufacturer warranties may apply to selected materials, roof panels, cladding, decking, hardware and supplied components
Final warranty information will be provided with your order documentation
Regular cleaning and basic maintenance will help keep your Pavilion in good condition
To maintain your Pavilion, we recommend keeping the roof, deck and drainage areas clean, checking fixings and visible joints periodically, and following the care instructions provided for your selected finishes.
Our warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Some small non-habitable structures under 10m² — such as The Pavilion 3m x 3m — may not require a building permit, provided they meet the relevant height, siting, setback and use requirements. However, permit requirements can vary depending on your council area, product type, size, site conditions and intended use.
Unless specifically stated in your quote, listed prices do not include:
