Onsite assembly and installation are not included in the kit price. You may arrange your own installer, or assemble the kit yourself where suitable.

If you would like installation support, we can try to help connect you with a professional builder in your area. Builder availability varies by location and cannot be guaranteed. Installation scope, timing and cost are confirmed separately with the builder before any work begins.

In some area, some small non-habitable structures under 10m² - such as The Cube and The Gable - may not require a building permit, provided they meet the relevant height, siting, setback and use requirements.

Unless specifically stated in your quote, listed prices do not include:

• Site surveys or reports

• Site preparation

• Foundations or footings, unless expressly included in the selected kit or quote
