Each studio is delivered as prefabricated components and assembled onsite for a faster, cleaner and more controlled build process than a traditional full onsite build.

Custom options, difficult site conditions or locations outside our standard service area may require a separate quote.

• A reasonably level and prepared installation area

• Sufficient space for onsite assembly

• Normal residential site conditions

Additional costs may apply for restricted access, long carry distances, stairs, sloped or uneven sites, soft ground, special foundations, fence removal, regional delivery, interstate projects or other non-standard site conditions.

The studio includes a standard 10A external power inlet and listed internal/external lighting provisions. Connection to the property power supply, upgraded electrical capacity, permits, landscaping and major site preparation are not included unless stated in your quote.

Typical lead time is approximately 4–8 weeks from final order confirmation, depending on product size, custom options, production schedule, location and site conditions. We will confirm the expected timeframe before your order is finalised.

Our studios are built with durable materials selected for Australian backyard conditions.

Warranty and aftercare:

• 10-year structural warranty on the studio frame and main structural components

• Manufacturer warranties may apply to selected materials, doors, windows, hardware, lighting and supplied components

• Warranty details may vary depending on product model, selected finishes and supplier components

• Final warranty information will be provided with your order documentation

• Regular cleaning and basic maintenance will help keep your studio in good condition

Our warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

In Victoria, some small non-habitable structures under 10m² — such as The Cube and The Gable — may not require a building permit, provided they meet the relevant height, siting, setback and use requirements. However, permit requirements can vary depending on your council area, product type, size, site conditions and intended use.

Unless specifically stated in your quote, listed prices do not include:

• Planning permits

• Building permits

• Engineering certificates

• Council applications or approval fees

• Site surveys or reports

• Major site preparation

• Foundations or footings beyond the standard inclusion

• Electrical connection to the property supply
